This structured 3-part mindful tea series goes beyond the art of brewing. Led by TÍNG's resident Mindful Tea Therapist, Season, who brings a decade of tea practice, you will explore the interplay between tea compounds and your nervous system — transforming a simple cup of tea into a grounding ritual for deep rest and mental clarity.
Upon completion of all three sessions, you will receive the TÍNG Mindful Tea Certificate. Strictly limited to 5 exclusive seats.

An Exclusive Founder's Session
A systematised sensory tea course designed for daily practice and inner settling — structured breathwork rituals and sense-based mindful tea appreciation. For our opening session, TÍNG's Founder and Oxford-certified Mindfulness Teacher, Grace, will co-lead a special 'Tea & Sound Healing' immersion alongside Season. Weaving the resonant frequencies of singing bowls into the aroma of the tea, they will awaken your senses for an unforgettable inward journey.

Sound-healing sensory opening · the compounds within tea leaves · how craftsmanship shapes flavour · mindful tasting of 5 teas of different processing styles.
Session 2 (5/9) · Awakening the Senses — led by Season
Bowl-brewing mindful breathing · sensory tasting training · the dialogue between tea and body · mindful tasting of 2 teas brewed in different ways.
Session 3 (19/9) · Flow & Mindfulness — led by Season
Bowl-brewing mindful breathing · an introduction to pouring methods · mindful pouring practice · learning to brew 2 different forms of tea.
