A Saturday Breath & Tea Practice
A systematic, guided sensory workshop designed for standard practice and community connection. Guests are guided through structured protocols of breathwork and sensory-based mindful tea tasting to induce a systemic ‘Rest and Digest’ response in a communal setting (capped at 4 guests). This is a standard practice series, focusing purely on inducing a de-stress response through mindful sensation.
Workshop Flow
- Communal Mindfulness Introduction & Grounding — Introduction to a standard sensory concept and a shared, guided breathwork session to sync the group.
- Standard Mindful Tea Tasting Ritual — Step-by-step guidance through a structured mindful tea tasting practice (3 different selections), emphasizing the OXBRIDGE-informed concept of ‘being’ rather than ‘doing.’
- Shared Community Reflection — A brief integration time for shared reflections within the communal group setting.
Outcome
Improved sensory acuity and awareness, immediate reduction in systemic stress markers through shared restorative practice, and a standardized introduction to the foundational concepts of mindfulness.
