Grace Hau
Hi, I'm Grace. I guide modern, busy minds from a state of 'autopilot' and burnout back to clarity, connection, and deep inner peace.
As an Oxford-certified Mindfulness (MBCT-L) teacher, sound therapy practitioner, and mother, my practice is rooted in the belief that true strength comes from stillness.
From Hustle to Harmony
Having managed my own business in a fast-paced environment, I witnessed firsthand the exhaustion that hides behind modern success. I saw people rich in material life but profoundly lacking in genuine happiness and connection. This realization, coupled with my own journey of finding stillness through Plum Village retreats in 2017 and volunteering with children in the Philippines, shifted my life's trajectory. I became dedicated to bridging the gap between high performance and profound well-being.
My vision for Tingtanmei is simple: to create a sanctuary where we learn to take care of ourselves first, so we can authentically take care of others — not the other way around.
My Approach: Evidence-Based, Heart-Centered
I bridge clinical methodology with ancient wisdom, offering programs in English and Cantonese tailored for:
- Adults & Professionals: 8-week MBCT-L programs, stress reduction, and mindful performance to regain focus and resilience.
- Parents & Families: Mindful Parenting (Susan Bögels) to break generational cycles and foster deep connection.
- Children & Teens: Eline Snel Method ("Sitting Still Like a Frog") and MYMIND programs to build emotional intelligence early on.
