Tea Master
Hong Kong tea connoisseur, serving as a tea master, tea taster, tea instructor, tea event planner, and tea brand founder. Since 2014, Season has accumulated rich experience working in various teahouses and tea shops. In 2017, Season launched his personal tea business under the name "Ren Zai Cao Mu" (人在草木), creatively promoting Mindfulness Tea to the community.
Cherrie Chung
Psychotherapist
Over 12 years of experience. Master's in Mental Health Counseling & Behavioral Medicine from Boston University School of Medicine. Bachelor's in Psychology from Goldsmiths, University of London. Offers individual and couples therapy using holistic, mindfulness-integrated approaches.
Karson Wong
Certified Mindfulness Teacher
Offers 8-week MBSR programs and organizational mindfulness training in English and Cantonese. Completed multiple 10-day vipassana meditation retreats. mPEAK Certified Coach (UC San Diego Center for Mindfulness). Mindful Eating Facilitator-in-Training (UMass Medical School). Master's candidate in Psychology at University of Glasgow. Bachelor's in Social Sciences from City University of Hong Kong.
