Sitting Still Like a Frog Academy
Certified Eline Snel Program
An internationally recognized 8-week mindfulness program for children, developed by Eline Snel. Classes are capped at 8 children for personalized attention.
Little Frogs
Parent and child attend together. Playful mindfulness through stories, movement, and breathing games.
Weather Station
Independent sessions where children learn to observe their inner weather — thoughts, feelings, and body sensations.
Cool & Calm
Pre-teen program addressing peer pressure, self-image, and building emotional resilience through mindfulness.
