This is an 8-week closed-cohort series, meaning participants will learn step-by-step in the company of the same group. This builds a safe, comforting sense of continuity.

All movements are designed with safety and accessibility in mind. Chair yoga provides stable support, while the slow, flowing movements of Qigong focus on harmonizing breath and energy.

The core of the program is to enhance lower body stability (fall prevention), soothe joint stiffness, and improve deep breathing, thereby bringing greater freedom to daily life.
