Smile____________Breathe
Dedicated to integrating art and life experiences, Grace has been based in Vancouver, Hong Kong, the United Kingdom, and China. She held her first exhibition in 2014 at the Chinese Festival hosted by the Victoria and Albert Museum in London, incorporating the concept of making the world “greener”. With a bachelor's degree from the University of Arts London and a master’s degree in psychology, psychology and holistic health form the foundation of her teaching. As an experienced registered mindfulness teacher, Grace cultivates an understanding of compassion and non-judgment to facilitate emotional balance.
Grace's intention is to use nature, creativity, and artistry to cultivate peace of mind and create flourishing relationships. Her interest in mindfulness began during a voluntary work experience in remote mountainous areas of the Philippines where she saw children smiling happily and playing in the rain, and this brought her joy. Later, after going to Plum Village, she transformed her relationship with herself and others. Managing her own life and business, Grace cares about people's physical and mental health and mindful image from the inside out. She discovered that although modern people have rich material lives, they often lack happiness. Her vision is to help people find the simple beauty of inner peace and joy within themselves in the heart of the city.
Honoured as a speaker at the Youth Council and bridging the China Bay Area, Grace is regularly featured in newspapers and magazines in Asia. She founded Ting, a research-based approach to destress and cultivate inner peace and beauty. Ting provides certified meditation guides, workshops, and training services for brands, corporates, and individuals. Its vision is to increase awareness and compassion in communication, reduce conflicts, and decrease mental health illnesses. We believe everyone can make a change by taking care of themselves to take care of others - not the other way around.
