Mindfulness- Based Cognitive therapy for Life (MBCT-L)
MBCT-L, an evidence-based mindfulness course developed by the Oxford Mindfulness Centre helps people manage difficulties skilfully and cultivate joy in everyday life.
Running online and in-person
First 8 sessions
- Commit to 8 weekly sessions completed within the duration of 3 hours
(1-1.5 hours per sessions) - Regularity of these sessions will allow one to effectively learn the foundations of mindfulness that will allow one to more easily integrate mindfulness into daily life.
Following sessions
- After the 8 sessions, session times can be chosen based on individual progress and learning needs. Coaching may continue on a weekly, bi-monthly, or monthly basis.
- These sessions will be vital in helping one sustain and continue their mindfulness journey.
